Mark was born in San Jose, California and grew up between there and New York. Before Yachting, Mark owned and ran his own restaurant and catering business in the Virgin Islands. He has been in the yachting industry for over 12 years and his favorite elements of working on a charter yacht is the daily challenges that come with charter guests. Mark likes to go the gym, the beach, play tennis and play with his puppy. His best life experience is achieving his goals. Traveling though Alaska has been for him his best yachting experience by discovering the beautiful scenery Alaska offers. Mark is a Member of Chaine de Rotisseurs and the Oldest Culinary Society in the World. He masters all cuisines, but his specialties are pastry, gluten free, vegan and baking.
